Date Perforating Machine

The machines are supplied with 18 figure slides for a 6 digits date in their standard version. These so-called slides are small metal sticks which can very fast and easily be inserted into/respectively pulled out of the machine from the front of it. There are two hand-operated machines in our manufacturing programme as described below:

PERNUMA PERFOSET I/D

Up to 15 sheets of 70 g/m2 paper can be perforated in one operation. The insertion depth is 75 mm (from the paper margin up to the middle of the impression). Instead of a date the machine is available with an arbitrary number of digits in one line (letters or figures) within a max. width of 60 mm.

PERNUMA PERFOSET II/D

Up to 25 sheets of 70 g/m2 paper can be perforated in one operation. The insertion depth is 110 mm (from the paper margin up to the middle of the impression). Instead of a date the machine is available with an arbitrary number of digits in one line (letters or figures) within a max. width of 88 mm. The standard figure heights are 6, 8 or 10 mm. Both models are equipped with an adjustable side and rear gauge in order to facilitate an exact positioning of the perforation.

These machines are available also

- with an additional fixed text line above or below the slide device (with PERFOSET I/D in 6 or 8 mm height only). Our model PERFOSET II/D can be equipped with an additional text line above as well as below the date. - with a safety lock preventing unauthorized persons from working with the machine.
