SP4E - Strapping Machine

A simple strapping operation is guaranteed.

The user simply sets a package on the table so that it is in contact with the sealing head. A strap must then be brought over the package and the lead-end inserted into the sensor of the strap. This allows for the strap to be tensioned and welded, and then automatically cut-off.

The control panel is used to electronically control the amount of tape tightening force as well as the length of the extended tape.

An electromagnetic tension-detecting mechanism is also included. Additional features include an adjustable table height, rotary wheels with brakes and an off function for automatically powering off the motor.
